Your First Session – isn’t just a workout, it’s about you. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Conversation & Goals – We’ll talk about you, your lifestyle, your background (including past exercise experience, injuries, or movement limitations) and your goals.

  • Assessment – An in depth look at your posture, flexibility and primal movement patterns. These are not “tests” but tools to identify strengths, imbalances, areas that need extra attention. 

  • Personal Plan – Now we have the information required to create a plan of action, a training program — designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and prevent injury

 The first session is about building a sustainable plan that keeps you doing what you love, for as long as possible.

After Your First Session – What’s Next

Your follow-up sessions are where the real work begins. Personal training is more than just workouts — it’s a partnership. Each session is a chance to learn, refine, and progress. Over time, you’ll gain not just strength and fitness, but also confidence and the knowledge and habits to support long-term health and performance.

Karina will guide you through your workout which is designed specifically around your needs. Expect a mix of:

Functional strength exercises, Core stability and mobility drills, if appropriate. The sessions are structured around your specific needs, for example your areas of imbalance.

It’s all about turning your assessment into action and building the consistency that leads to lasting results.
