That depends on your goals and schedule. Some clients meet once a week, while others train 2–3 times weekly for faster results. We’ll create a plan that works best for you.

Yes. With Karina’s extensive scientific background and training in corrective exercise and injury prevention, she will designed a program to meet you where you are. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or working around limitations.

6. What ages do you work with?
All ages! From teens to retirees, training is tailored to your stage of life and the activities you love — whether that’s hiking or running the peaks, biking Schultz creek or the urban trail, or keeping up with the grand kids.

7. Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are offered in my private studio.
